Use this tool as an invitation to Scripture—not as a source of fear.
By using Let’s Check the Numbers, you agree to use the site as a Bible-study resource and to read individual verses within their larger scriptural context.
A Christian study resource
Let’s Check the Numbers is a ministry and educational resource. It searches possible Scripture addresses, offers curated biblical study paths, and provides original-language reference information. It is not a system of numerology, fortune-telling, prophecy, or personalized divine interpretation.
No guaranteed message or outcome
Seeing a number does not by itself prove that God is communicating a particular verse, warning, promise, relationship outcome, or future event. A Strong’s number is a dictionary index assigned to a Hebrew or Greek word; its definition is not the meaning of the number someone searched. Test every idea against Scripture and consider the fruit it produces.
Read in context
Search matches may share a chapter-and-verse address while teaching about very different subjects. Curated ordering or highlighted passages reflect an editorial ministry decision, not proof that a verse was supernaturally selected for a visitor. Use the “Read all of” feature and consult trusted teachers or pastors when appropriate.
Accuracy and availability
We work to present Scripture references, Strong’s entries, and study notes accurately, but the site may contain errors or experience interruptions. Content may be corrected, expanded, or removed. Please report a suspected error through the Contact page.
Scripture and lexical sources
Scripture content is supplied through API.Bible and identified by translation where it appears. Bible translations and lexical datasets remain subject to their respective copyright, public-domain, attribution, and license terms. Site commentary and original design may not be republished as a separate commercial product without permission.
Not professional or crisis support
The site does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, pastoral-counseling, or emergency services. Do not delay seeking qualified help because of a number, search result, or statement on this site. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
